Management Team
Diane Solinger is the Executive Director of Entrepreneurs Foundation. Since joining Entrepreneurs Foundation in 1999 she has greatly expanded the Foundation's regional and national presence as a leader in corporate philanthropy and corporate community involvement. As Executive Director, Ms. Solinger oversees all organizational strategy, operations, new business development, program delivery and affiliate relations.
Ms. Solinger has over 20 years of non-profit leadership experience. Prior to joining Entrepreneurs Foundation, Ms. Solinger served as Executive Director of the American Heart Association, Silicon Valley. There she developed innovative programs aimed at reducing heart disease and stroke in key underserved populations and doubled regional income to support AHA's research and programs. She has also held positions with the University of Colorado Foundation, the American Cancer Society and the United Way of the Bay Area.
Ms. Solinger received her bachelor's degree in English from the University of Colorado at Boulder, spending one year at the University of Bordeaux in Bordeaux, France. She is also a graduate of Stanford University's Graduate School of Business Executive Program for Non Profit Leaders and is a senior fellow of the American Leadership Forum, Silicon Valley.
Dyanne Costales Compton is the Director of Member Services at Entrepreneurs Foundation. In this role Dyanne is responsible for maximizing EF's corporate member experience through offerings designed to help develop and improve their corporate social investment program. Dyanne works to continually enhance, extend, and advance the EF learning community with networking and training offerings and other powerful resources.
Dyanne brings to EF extensive experience and expertise in Corporate Philanthropy and Community Involvement. Prior to joining EF Dyanne spent over 15 years at Adobe Systems in several management positions including Senior Manager of Worldwide Community Relations. In this role Dyanne was responsible for Adobe's corporate community relations strategy and created award winning philanthropy programs. She developed and managed regional, national, and multi-national corporate grant and scholarship programs, volunteer initiatives, in-kind giving, and key relationships with corporate, NGO, and community partners. She created Adobe's sustained giving process, and started their donor advised fund.
Dyanne was honored by Mayor Susan Hammer with the City of San Jose "Outstanding Women of Silicon Valley" award, has been a guest presenter at the Boston College Center for Corporate Citizenship, and is a San Jose Leadership Council graduate. She earned the Boston College Center of Corporate Citizenship Certificate in Corporate Community Involvement, chaired the Corporate Community Relations Consortium, and served as an advisor/board member to several nonprofit organizations including City Year, and the Digital Clubhouse Network.
A Bay Area native, Dyanne lives in San Jose with her perfect husband Michael, daughter Emma the wonder-child, and their wild and loveable dogs Honey and Rowsey.
Lindsay Norcott serves as the Director of Community Programs at Entrepreneurs Foundation. In her role, she consults with EF member companies as they design, implement, and enhance their community involvement programs. From setting strategy with executives, to working with employee volunteers to plan activities, Lindsay's role is to support companies as they develop their corporate citizenship efforts.
Additionally, Lindsay drives communications to the EF network through the monthly newsletter, seasonal initiatives, and various social networking tools. These communications aim to share best practices between companies, educate community relations practitioners about key issues, and encourage ongoing dialogue about corporate community involvement.
Prior to joining Entrepreneurs Foundation in 2008, Lindsay spent four years in financial services at Wellington Management Company and Lord, Abbett & Company. Lindsay received her bachelor's degree from Pomona College, where she was a four-year varsity athlete and Division III National Champion in water polo.
Ms. Pratt serves as the Marketing Director at Entrepreneurs Foundation. In her role she oversees the organization's marketing efforts, staffs the Marketing Communications Council, develops and manages partnerships and heads up EF's media relation efforts. Dipti also serves as a resource to member companies interested in developing cause related marketing programs as well as helps companies integrate their corporate citizenship programs into their own marketing efforts. Dipti joined Entrepreneurs Foundation in 2002.
Additionally, Dipti works on building EF's client company base and expanding EF's relationships within the Bay Area business community, including start-up companies, venture capitalists, bankers, attorneys and auditors in both the life science and IT sectors. In this role, her responsibilities include educating venture-backed companies about the benefits of community involvement on both the greater community and also on the enhanced culture and strength as a result of these programs.
Prior to Entrepreneurs Foundation, Dipti spent five years in the life science sector at SurroMed and Affymax Research Institute. Dipti is currently an MBA candidate at Santa Clara University. Ms. Pratt graduated cum laude from Santa Clara University with a Bachelors of Arts in English.
