Diane Solinger joined EF in 1999 and serves as the organization’s Executive Director. In this capacity she oversees organizational strategy, operations and business development and is senior consultant to many of the companies that work with EF.
Diane has over 20 years of non-profit leadership experience. Prior to joining Entrepreneurs Foundation, Diane served as Executive Director of the American Heart Association, Silicon Valley. There she developed innovative programs aimed at reducing heart disease and stroke in key underserved populations and doubled regional income to support AHA's research and programs. She has also held positions with the University of Colorado Foundation, the American Cancer Society and the United Way of the Bay Area.
Diane received her bachelor's degree in English from the University of Colorado at Boulder, spending one year at the University of Bordeaux in Bordeaux, France. She is also a graduate of Stanford University's Graduate School of Business Executive Program for Non Profit Leaders, is a senior fellow of the American Leadership Forum, Silicon Valley and has earned a certificate in Corporate Community Involvement from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.
Diane is a 2010 recipient of a Jefferson Award for Public Service and has been a presenter and member of the Business Track Planning Committee for the National Conference on Volunteering and Service in 2009, 2010 and 2011. She is an avid runner and a mother of two high school teenagers.

Juliana joined EF in 2012 as EF's Senior Director. In this role, Juliana is responsible for business development, corporate strategies and engagement, and consulting with key clients on EF's service and advisory offerings. Juliana provides tailored business solutions that help client organizations enhance, educate and empower their employees to better connect and serve the non-profit communities at-large.
Prior to joining EF, Juliana was Deloitte's community involvement leader for the Northern Pacific region for almost ten years. While at Deloitte, Juliana provided strategic direction and oversaw Deloitte's award-winning community involvement (CI) initiatives. Focus areas included; pro bono, skills-based volunteering, board service, and corporate philanthropy that expanded community partnerships while linking to business strategy and Talent development. Before joining Deloitte, Juliana was the Director of Communications for Vanderbilt's Owen Graduate School of Management and the Director of Marketing for Creditor Resources, Inc., a division of AEGON nv.
Juliana is a frequent speaker on emerging corporate CI trends; including team-based pro bono, developing skills-based volunteerism, creating value-add CI programs, and engaging multi-generational employees. Known for her engaging presentation style, Juliana challenges the corporate and non-profit sectors to cross-collaborate to develop opportunities to drive meaningful social outcomes that strengthen local communities.
Juliana is personally active in the community. Her current volunteer commitments include; Board member for Youth Business America (a member organization of HRH Prince of Wales Youth Business International); Board member for The Volunteer Center - Serving San Francisco and San Mateo Counties, and a steering committee member for the CBS 5 Jefferson Awards. Juliana also teaches the "Ethics in Action" curricula for the Bay Area Jefferson Award, Students in Action member high schools.
Originally from Washington, DC, Juliana has an MBA from Emory University and a BA from George Washington University. When she's not working with corporations and non-profits, Juliana can be found underwater, admiring the local sea life.
Dyanne Costales Compton is the Director of Community Programs at EF. In this role Dyanne is responsible for maximizing EF's corporate member experience through offerings designed to help develop and improve their corporate social investment programs. Dyanne works to continually enhance, extend, and advance the EF learning community with networking and training offerings and other powerful resources.
Dyanne brings to EF extensive experience and expertise in Corporate Philanthropy and Community Involvement. Prior to joining EF Dyanne spent over 15 years at Adobe Systems in several management positions including Senior Manager of Worldwide Community Relations. In this role Dyanne was responsible for Adobe's corporate community relations strategy and created award winning philanthropy programs. She developed and managed regional, national, and multi-national corporate grant and scholarship programs, volunteer initiatives, in-kind giving, and key relationships with corporate, NGO, and community partners. She created Adobe's sustained giving process, and started their donor advised fund.
Dyanne was honored by Mayor Susan Hammer with the City of San Jose "Outstanding Women of Silicon Valley" award, has been a guest presenter at the Boston College Center for Corporate Citizenship, and is a San Jose Leadership Council graduate. She earned the Boston College Center of Corporate Citizenship Certificate in Corporate Community Involvement, chaired the Corporate Community Relations Consortium, and served as an advisor/board member to several nonprofit organizations including City Year, and the Digital Clubhouse Network.
A Bay Area native, Dyanne lives in San Jose with her perfect husband Michael, daughter Emma the wonder-child, and their wild and loveable dogs Honey and Rowsey.
Dipti serves as the Marketing Director at EF. In this role she oversees the organization's marketing initiatives, leads the Marketing Communications Council, develops and manages strategic partnerships, represents EF in the broader CSR ecosystem and heads up EF's social media and media relations efforts. Dipti serves as a resource to companies interested in developing cause related marketing programs. Dipti consults with companies on integrating their corporate citizenship programs into their internal and external communications efforts. Dipti staffs EF’s Development Council, works on expanding EF's network of companies and relationships within the business community; focusing on emerging companies, venture capitalists, investment bankers, attorneys, auditors, marketers and other service providers.
Prior to EF, Dipti spent five years in the life sciences sector at SurroMed, a start up that has since been acquired by PPD and Affymax Research Institute, a subsidiary of Glaxo Wellcome.
Dipti has earned a certificate in Corporate Community Involvement from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College. Dipti graduated cum laude with a Bachelors of Arts in English and an MBA from Santa Clara University.
Lisa Sloan is the Director of Community Programs for EF. In this role, she works with companies to develop, implement and grow comprehensive, strategic programs that reflect their commitment to the community publically and meet their needs internally. Additionally, she manages a variety of specific community involvement projects and consults on philanthropic decision-making within the companies.
Prior to joining EF in 2010, Lisa was with EF Northwest for four years serving as Executive Director and Community Involvement Director where she initiated and developed programs with EF companies in Portland that leveraged more than $9 million for community benefit. In the true spirit of entrepreneurship, Lisa facilitated a merger with Oregon Entrepreneurs Network, where EF Northwest now lives and continues its work.
Prior to EF Northwest, Lisa worked for six years as the executive director of Full Esteem Ahead, a non-profit organization helping parents with the challenges of raising kids in today's world, and for 8 years with the American Diabetes Association.
Lisa holds a BA in Children's Television from the University of Pittsburgh and spent her early career working in public television, first for Mister Rogers' Neighborhood and later for WGBH in Boston. She lives in Portland, Oregon with her marathon-walking, tune-whistling husband, her two ceaselessly creative children, ages 10 and 13, who make her laugh and smile every day, and their fickle feline, Finn.
