Diane W. Solinger
Diane Solinger is the Executive Director of Entrepreneurs Foundation. Since joining Entrepreneurs Foundation in 1999, she has held the positions of Director, Corporate Community Involvement and Director, Corporate Participation. She has greatly expanded the Foundation's volunteer involvement through the creation of the Development Council and was instrumental in the development of the Foundation's current Board of Directors. As Executive Director, Ms. Solinger oversees all fund raising, operations, new business development and affiliate relations.
Ms. Solinger has over 17 years of non-profit management experience. Prior to joining Entrepreneurs Foundation, Ms. Solinger served as Executive Director of the American Heart Association, Silicon Valley. She was with the organization for seven years. There she developed and implemented new community health and fund raising programs, launched the Latino Task Force, created the first Stroke Advisory Council for the region, and raised $1.1 million annually from locally organized initiatives. She has also held positions with the University of Colorado Foundation, the American Cancer Society and the United Way of the Bay Area.
Ms. Solinger received her bachelor's degree in English from the University of Colorado at Boulder, spending one year at the University of Bordeaux in Bordeaux, France.
Ms. Solinger is involved with several community organizations including the Community Foundation Silicon Valley’s Advisory Board and the American Heart Association, Silicon Valley.

Joni Podolsky
Joni Podolsky is Director of Community Programs with Entrepreneurs Foundation. She develops and manages Entrepreneurs Foundation's Corporate Community Involvement Program, along with Jeff Rangel. In this capacity, Joni partners with EF's participating companies (Joni with companies in San Mateo County, San Francisco County, North Bay and East Bay and Jeff with companies in Santa Clara County) to develop strategies and programs that incorporate community involvement and philanthropy into the needs of each company. These strategies include connecting companies to community partnerships, developing recommendations for business practices, and facilitating projects that enable employees to "give back to the community." Through their work, Joni and Jeff also establish effective working and consulting relationships with community benefit organizations, such as non-profits and schools, in order to facilitate long-term partnerships with Entrepreneurs Foundation companies.
Prior to joining Entrepreneurs Foundation, Joni was a consultant and trainer specializing in helping community-benefit organizations strategically implement technology, build community relationships and outreach, and develop partnerships between the corporate and community-benefit sectors. Additionally, she was the founding program director of Wired for Good, a program of the Center for Excellence in Nonprofits (CEN) in San Jose, CA. There, she leveraged the community expertise and resources necessary to help Silicon Valley nonprofits develop and implement strategic technology plans. Prior to CEN, Joni was project director for Smart Valley, Inc., assisting school districts in the planning for and implementation of technology in the classroom and district offices.
Joni is the proud Big Sister of Lisa, through Big Brothers Big Sisters, and is on the Board of Thrive: The Alliance for San Mateo County Nonprofits.
Joni is author of the book Wired for Good: Strategic Technology Planning for Nonprofits (Jossey-Bass, 2003) and the Smart Valley guide, District Administrator’s Guide to Planning for Technology. She speaks on the topics of the relationships between the private and public sectors and technology planning at conferences and workshops nationwide and in various industry and nonprofit publications.
Joni holds a BA in Communications from Lewis & Clark College and has completed work towards an MA in Liberal Arts at Stanford University.

Dipti Pratt
Dipti Pratt is the Marketing Communications Director at Entrepreneurs Foundation. In her role she works on the organization’s internal & external communications & media relations. Dipti also staffs the Marketing Communications council. Dipti has been with EF since 2002.
Prior to Entrepreneur's Foundation, Dipti spent five years in biotechnology at SurroMed and Affymax. Dipti graduated cum laude from Santa Clara University with a Bachelors of Arts in English.

Jeff Rangel
Jeff Rangel and Joni Podolsky are Directors of Community Programs with Entrepreneurs Foundation. They develop and manage Entrepreneurs Foundation's Corporate Community Involvement Program. Mr. Rangel brings more than 15 years of human resources and business management experience to EF. Prior to joining Entrepreneurs Foundation in 2005, Jeff was Senior Director, Corporate Practices and Affairs at Wyse Technology Inc. where he was responsible for all human resources functions. As a member of the executive staff, Jeff initiated programs to align corporate culture with organizational goals – including the Company’s community and corporate affairs efforts and a global leadership development program.
Before joining Wyse in 1998, Jeff held various leadership positions at Interlink Computer Sciences, Software Publishing Corporation and Swenson Construction Co., Inc.
Mr. Rangel is active in the community. Currently, Jeff is Chair of the Corporate Community Relations Consortium, industry professionals who collaborate to enhance the effectiveness of programs and broader issues facing corporate citizenship. Jeff is a graduate of Community Leadership San Jose and serves as Board President of the San Jose Leadership Council. He is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management, Northern California Human Resources Association, and past board member of Estrella Family Services.
Jeff attends the University of San Francisco, holds a Human Resources Management Certificate from U.C. Santa Cruz Extension, and received his SPHR certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute.
