Great Place to Work® announced the 2012 FORTUNE 100 Best Companies to Work For® list. Join us in congratulating the companies who made this year’s list.
And it’s no coincidence that these companies have strong community involvement programs. Great Place to Work has reported a consistent increase in the number of companies that offer their employees paid days off to volunteer, as well as an increase in one-to-one matching programs. Forty-eight of this year’s 100 Best offered their employees paid time off to volunteer, and 63 companies matched their employees’ charitable donations. The 2012 Best Companies donated a grand total of $3,760,000,000 last year alone!
